Discovery is paid per city and the band depends on population: €120/month for band S (up to 100k inhabitants), €200/month for band M (100k – 300k inhabitants), €350/month for band L (300k – 700k inhabitants), €600/month for band XL (over 700k inhabitants). Orbit is paid by the number of profiles monitored, from €50/month up to 100 profiles to €450/month up to 2,000 profiles. API access is a 20% surcharge.

No. The subscription is monthly and you stop it whenever you want. Signing up for several months at once, up to a year, earns a discount: we agree the terms in the first call.

Yes, on the Discovery plan and automatically. Cities are sorted from the most to the least expensive and each one gets the discount of its position: none on the 1st, 12% on the 2nd, 20% on the 3rd, 27% on the 4th, 32% on the 5th, 36% on the 6th, 40% on the 7th, 44% on the 8th, 47% on the 9th, 50% from the 10th on. So adding a city always raises the total, never lowers it. The discount is applied before any API surcharge.

No, it is a 20% surcharge on the plan price, calculated after the volume discount. Without it, events arrive as a scheduled export in CSV or Excel.

Yes, at any time: the new city takes the discount of its position, and the total can only go up. For a city we do not follow yet, first comes the mapping of its sources, which we do ourselves: the technical integration is already in place.

Discovery actively looks for the sources of a city: it finds the profiles that announce events, monitors them and adds new ones every month. Orbit monitors a list of profiles you give us, and is priced by how many there are. Discovery is for covering a city you do not know; Orbit for keeping up to date with what you already follow.
